Anyone intersted in meeting at Gearhart Park launch ramp on the Cowlitz tomorrow AM--say 9:00?

...Close to the where the Cowlitz and Columbia join, but it looks like only Coho and Steelhead hatchery fish can be kept on the Columbia itself (release all Chinook on the Columbia downstream of Warrior Rock 9/15-30/16 in area 523 (Longview Bridge to I-5 Bridge)--page 55). I'm assuming the Cowlitz River rules supercede Columbia for fish caught on the Cowlitz proper (hatchery Chinook, Coho and Stelies  over 12 inches all OK)??

Weather and tide should be workable!

Thanks!

Does one still need a City of Washougal parking permit to park on the beach at Austin Point?

Thanks!

I have been watching the WDFW websites--should have looked at the OR ones as well.
