excellent info, thanks for posting...based on this graph from the report, the 80cm lingcod that I removed from CoosBay last week was mostly eating rockfish, flatfishes, and small salmonids!    that sucks, sounds like I need to move more of these large lingcod to my filleting table!    ;D

Interesting. I have read studies suggesting the rapid recovery of Lingcod over the last couple decades has interfered with the recovery of other, slower growing species of rockfish that are preyed upon by lingcod. I wonder if that is why some parts of Alaska have a 30 or 35 inch minimum size for lings
