Another great experience!

Lots of Kokatat praise around here, and rightfully so. They're a great company who make solid products! Other companies are pumping out the goods too though

2009: Purchased a Stohlquist B-Pod new from The Paddle Shack online.

2012: Sent it back to repair leaky feat. Instead, Stohlquist warranty replaced it with an AMP suit. The EZ would have been equivalent, but I was upgraded a tier free of charge!

2014: Sent the AMP in for leaking feat. As expected, it was warranty repaired free of charge.

2016: Feet began leaking again, blew out a wrist gasket, then got the entry zipper snagged on my base layers and derailed it in the process. Total charges $60 for replacing all the gaskets. Zipper and leaks repaired at no charge!

Long story short: I wear my suit A LOT, and put quite a few miles into every trip. To only fork out $60 since the initial purchase of a lesser suit 7 years ago must say something about this company. Buy with confidence!

They have great support service. I bought my dry suit this past spring and as usual found the neck was much too tight for comfort.  I talked with their support and they said they will replace with a larger neck size and consider it a warranty repair so no cost to me.  Last week I finally sent it to them and today got the email that it is on it's way back to me and should arrive tomorrow.
