Salmon recpie

This is a great recpie for baking it.

Leave the skin on when cleaning, you'll have to scale it though.

Sauce, mix  following ingredients in a bowl
3/4 cup plain lowfat yogurt
1/4 cup mayonaise
zest of 1/2 orange
juice of 1/2 orange
1 tbsp herbs for fish (Larry's market)  QFC also has a mix of herbs for fish. Dill works too.

preheat oven to 375Deg F.
Place fillet on a foil covered baking sheet, skin side down.

Slather with sauce, do not cover and bake for 30 min or until it flakes.

Healthy too!

Enjoy,

Kurt
Those that plan the battle rarely battle the plan, unless it involves fishing!
