Daiwa one-piece 8', 1-6oz., 10-30# line fast action rod that's good for mooching and trolling. A little long but could double as a ling/rockfish rod. Great condition. $20 pickup in the Shoreline area

From Daiwa site:
Daiwa DXS Salmon & Steelhead Casting Rods feature durable, lightweight IM7 graphite blanks outfitted with quality components. The Fuji Aluminum Oxide guides are durable and groove resistant. The blank through handle construction adds to the sensitivity while also adding to the durability. The grips are constructed of quality natural cork.

That's the rod I wanted just before I went with fly rods.  Can't go wrong with the Daiwa DXS series.

Great deal on a really nice rod - and I wish I lived closer, too.

Geez, the 801HFB is a great rod.  I can't believe no one has grabbed this already.

Can't you move to Oregon for a day or two, Zee?
