This is the last week that my family is out of town so I have free reign to go fishing any day Thursday thru Saturday and since I prefer to go with others (I'm a social fisherman) I was wondering what others had planned for this coming week.  If you don't mind the company that is.

If the wind forecast doesn't deteriorate, Depoe Bay is calling my name this Thursday. If you don't mind the company again, keep us posted on where you're thinking... My plans are by no means fixed.

Fishing out of Depoe has been pretty good.  Myself and nomas went out on Sunday, I believe he got his bag limit.  I kept 2 rock, and threw back 3 ling, 1 cab, and a flounder.  I'll keep an eye on the board and see what days end up working for you and I may join in.  Right now it's sunny and beautiful...but very windy.

As a side note, nomas and I were treated to a big time whale show.  There were whales [emoji228] everywhere.  It was pretty dang cool.  I caught a video of a whale spouting about 20 yards from me.

So its looking like there's a group planning on going out of PC on Thursday.  Chief, if you want to join us there I have a couple of paddle kayaks you can borrow since the PA17 may not be a good surf launch boat.  I have a Cobra Fish N Dive and an OK Malibu II.  Both are wide stable boats.

@hdpwipminkey thanks for the offer to use one of your kayaks.  I'm going to check my schedule at work for Thursday.  (something tells me I have a Depoe Bay eclipse planning meeting!  I'll post up tomorrow once I find out.  Have a good 4th every!
