THIS IS NO LONGER HAPPENING

Started seeing page layout issues yesterday and getting a pop-up telling me only secure content is being displayed.  Clicking to display all content allows the page to display properly.

Is it possible the CSS file(s) are not being called properly?  Sorry, it's been way too many years since I last wrote a web application and I'm not remembering the details, but the style sheets are what are not being considered "secure content".

It's not a big deal, but it is annoying to have to allow mixed content on every page.

(This isn't happening on NCKA if that helps)
