Marine worms: the kind that catches fish

Had some inquires about the marine worm patterns(think pile worms sand worms or Polychaete worms) that I was using the other day. The top picture are furled chenille about 2" long,the 2nd picture shows some more recent ones using bunny strips and cactus chenille furled back on its' self These are like 3 1/2"-4 1/2".The pink over white with black tiger strips was the killer fly Monday. The last group are on steriods and kills blacks and lings They come in at around 6" or so. Made from cactus chenille or baby chenille furled back on its self. Think along the lines of the Berkley gulp sandworms pattern wise. For some reason they're not real popular over here as they are over in Denmark and other places that fish for seatrout and such but they are gaining some ground over here. Really like using them on flatfish and surf perch out in the surf.

Those look cool.  I discovered last year, the rockfish are way more fun on a fly rod.  Not so exciting when jigging for lings.
