I know everyone is busy this year but I'm curious if anyone has had any luck fishing out of Homer yet. Last year there was about 5 or 6 reports from members pre-fishing in Homer (complete with pictures) prior to the Derby and I don't see anyone talking this year.   Although I won't be there I'd still like to know how everyone is making out in the salt this year.  After all this snow, I'm going to need some motivation to dig out my yak and prep my gear for next month!

I plan to get out Friday afternoon, maybe the big seas forecast for the next few days will stir up the bait and a little action...then again maybe it'll make the water too cloudy. Either way I'm gonna enjoy my weekend kitchen pass! ;-)
