The new regs for next year are out in PDF format and available for download.  There are a few fairly major changes and those show up as blue text.

Here are some change highlights..

-You 'll be able to buy your license online like WA does.

-Sturgeon lengths will change from total length to fork length and the slot limits will change accordingly (38in - 54in fork length).

I'll post more if I find anything interesting as I read through the new regulations.
