Thanks again charliefl66!!!!  It was great meeting you and talking "shop" lol    Kayak was super stable on the trip to its new home in oregon.   I cant wait to get it out on the ocean, shooting for it, and my maiden voyage this weekend, not sure if I want to shore launch or try to go out of Depoe Bay for my first trip.   I am leaning on what you suggested and maybe shore launching and spend a while practicing shore launches and landings and then fish later.  I appreciate all the tribal knowledge you handed down.
