Yup, what Brian said.  :)  As for timing, like I told Brian the 1st time we fished together, "I've never known sturgeon to be early risers".

Headed out to the Oaks Bottom hole today with a buddy.  Lots of little bites and a couple of stripped baits but no love on the river for us today.  The weather was perfect though!!  Very light winds and the sun broke out in the afternoon.

Is that just below the Sellwood bridge? That's one of the areas I'm thinking of trying tomorrow.

Brian

Cause Cobra RULES!   >:D

And because I have the fishfinder cable semi-permanently attached to the F-n-D.

Yup, that's the one.  The hole stretched from the Red Can to the Green Can.  Stay on the west side of them.  We had the most action just above the Red Can in about 60ft of water.
Did you try the deep holes on the corner and below today?

That would give me a little time. I'd have to be off the water by 9:30 to make it to work by 10.

Go ahead and count me in.

We were out there for about 3.5 hours. I spent at least 2 of those hours covering the 60+ foot holes in the corner. Got a few nibbles but no real bites.

Maybe today I'll have better luck. I'm on track to get out there by 11am. Right on schedule for me   :D
