Landed an unmarked fish, lost three keepers (2 clearly over 15lbs and bright) on the ebb. Pictured fish is my consolation prize, which came on start of the flood. There was about 2 hours straight where 1-3 moochers were hooked up at the same time. Easily saw 30 fish landed.

Junk Jigs "BEST USE OF ACTUAL JUNK" category - "That tape should have been a prized possession and not junk. That will be a collectors item in 30 years!” & “There sure is a lot of junk in there.”

Oh yeah hooked all my fish jigging. Switch to mooching for a few drifts and got bit before going back to my bread and butter.

Fine consolation I'd say! Sounds like a great day to to experiment different methods with that number of fish around! What do you have good success with jigging out there if you care to share? Still looking for my 1st keeper salmon in the Revo and jigging is my favorite method I think.
They might sound ill advised, but when I tell folks of my exploits, it's rare I don't find them smiling

Sorry no, just as far as gear like what hardware were you jigging. Point Wilson, curly grubs, buzz bombs, lancers? I'm always curious as to what lures do well since they're a lot simpler to use than trolling bait.
