It's also free fishing in OR this weekend.

Just got back from a dory trip at PC today.  The wind picked up and it became pretty sloppy.  Didn't see any kayakers out there, and certainly hope nobody is planning to risk it.  In addition, that place is as much a zoo this weekend as everyone predicted.

I was at Waldport searching for a few crab, got 5.   The wind came up about 10am and was howling almost immediately.
"A venturesome minority will always be eager to get off on their own,
and no obstacle should be placed in their path;
let them take risk, for God sake, let them get lost, sun burnt, stranded, drowned,
eaten by bears, buried alive under avalanches -
that is the right and privilege of any free American."
--Edward Abbey--
