I always like looking at charts, so here's a site with great info:

https://maps.ngdc.noaa.gov/viewers/bathymetry/

Under options, turn on "NOAA Raster Navigational Charts"

I'm also including a picture of where the Green Can is for an example.

I always check the BAG and DEM shaded releif boxes too!

Furthermore, you can download the BAG files and render them in 3d with EasyViewer and fly around in the 3d model. If I remember correctly they come as tar.gz compressed files which can be extracted on windows with 7zip. Here's a video I made playing around with it.
