This was my second attempt at Lake Sawyer.

The day started off with trying to find the free launch at the south end of the lake but was meet with a pedestrian access only sign.

Back at the trusty 5 dollar parking place I launched and was meet with soild marks right off the boat ramp. Dropshot with gulp, jigs and light spoons we're not working.

Moving on to other marks I tried again and again and could not get a bite. Gravel at 30, rocks at 50 and even weeds in 12ft we're not giving up the fish.  I could see fish chasing bait on the Sounder, but did not have the right bait the fish wanted.
And the final moment was when the ice that was not there a few days ago prevented my bait from going in the water on the North end.
I even trolled for trout, no luck.

Hopefully something will bite tomorrow..in the ocean.
