I am planning on going out of Neah (hobuck) and looking for people with experience and want to go.
Probably head out first light on Saturday. Marine forecast for Saturday looks good 10mph winds 3-5ft at 10 sec. so far.

I thought it was, Seen this on the website.

April 10, 2019

Recreational halibut season opens

Marine Area 2: Open Thursday, May 2; Sunday May 5; Thursday, May 9; Sunday, May 12; Friday, May 24. (The nearshore fishery will open after the all-depth fishery closes if there is sufficient quota remaining).
https://fortress.wa.gov/dfw/erules/efishrules/erule.jsp?id=2305

Am I missing something?
I see that its open on Sat. May 4th on the other website.
https://wdfw.wa.gov/fishing/regulations/halibut/north-coast
So which is it?

Thanks for pointing it out.
