Kayak Storage in Portland (Sellwood)?

Howdy all,

Looks like this Oregon forum hasn't been used in a while, but thought I would try to make a new post.  I am moving back to Portland after a few years in Hood River and a year abroad in Bolivia.  I just signed a lease on an apartment without any storage for my Hobie Outback.  Anyone got any leads on a place to store my yak in Sellwood (or nearby)?  I'm thinking another avid yak fisherman's shed or back yard...I'd be willing to barter beer, small payment, camaraderie, etc.kin exchange for the space...
