Hello! Alaska angler here.

I’m Brad. I started kayak fishing last summer in Alaska. I got a slow start and only made it out once on Cook Inlet for halibut. I met a couple guys from the forum there and they really showed me the ropes. I’m hoping to expand my knowledge and find a lot more time to get out on the water this year! Tight lines all!

I am only a year or so experienced in kayak fishing myself, Super jealous of all the fishing opportunity up in Alaska. But I know we have quite a bit more opportunity here in Oregon than a lot of other places so I can't complain too much 

This site has a TON of info on it and a lot of good ideas and answers if you spend the time to look some old stuff up. Great people on here too

Badger68, yes that was at Whiskey Gulch in Mid July. I definitely want to get out there more this year. I have friends coming from the lower 48 that would like to try it as well. So, I need to get a little more experience before they get here! Maybe we can link up at some point!
