A few weeks ago one of my employees, Sarah, approached me and asked me to take her kayak fishing. I was a bit skeptical at first knowing that she was vegan, but she seemed really fired up about the idea, so I agreed to help her get out there. I was going to type a long trip report about it, but in this case I think the smile says it all!

Did she keep any of the fish that she caught, or did she release them? And if she kept any, did she eat them?

She let me keep the big ling in the picture. It was her fifth fish of the day and she definitely understood the value in keeping it. I gave her a couple of fillets to take home and her mom made fish tacos with it. She had one and said it was great!

Well if she liked it she’s no longer vegan, way to go introducing someone with a home run!!
