Got a couple of nice looking days to get some crab and rockfish. There are two days that different guys plan to go both days have experienced guys going. Open invite for both days.
My self and cjweinhe (plus his son) are going on Saturday.
I’ll let the guys going on Friday post up who’s going.
1012hr low on Friday so push off at 0800 and 1132hr low on Saturday so push off around 0900. Launch from behind the (closed) fish cleaning station in Garibaldi. Post up if your joining also if you need gear info.

My wife and I are most likely a go for Saturday.
Running low on crab cakes and rockfish filets so this comes right on time!

Myself, my dad, and Helium head (maybe a couple others) are going friday. Ill be on barview jetty around 430 am till about 800, hammering rf.  Should be at the cleaning station to start loading up the yak by 830 for departure. If you wanna leave earlier or get there late, just meet us out on the water at the south wall. Fishing should be pretty good. With all the rain, i would expect crabbing to be slow, but I'm no expert, not by a long shot. I recommend 1/4 oz jig heads and 3" gulp baits. Bigger stuff just doesn't get hit as often. C ya out there

Cody,

To clarify: will you be jetty fishing fishing from the rocks at the parking lot at the entrance of Barview Campground or at the jetty itself (so past the campground at the ocean side)?
I plan on hitting a coastal river during daylight to see if I can find some late salmon but if I manage to go to bed early today I may stop by for some rockfishing in the dark (and learn from the Pros as I normally don't catch much from the rocks.....)

I will be parked at the big pull out there right by the entrance to the park. Not sure exactly what time ill make it there, but guessing about 4am. maybe as late as 430. I usually fish just to the right (west) of the first big back bay. if im already fishing, just text me (503 396 7240) and ill poke my head over the rocks, wave my lantern. Bring 1/4 oz jig heads if you have em, and a lantern or bright head lamp. I should have plenty of the gulp squids i like to use (3" glow color).

I'll be fishing, and possibly crabbing sat.
See y'all then!
A day without fishing probably wouldn't kill me,
but why risk it?
