Planning on fishing the RR bridge in Coos Bay tomorrow morning. Never been there before. Planning on 8am ish start and fishing until limit or noonish depending on the wind. PM me if you want to join.

Bad day for it with the large tidal exchange - especially if you've never done it before.  It ain't the wind, it's the tides.
The fish bite twice a day - just before we get here and right after we leave.

yeah, for what it's worth, the 'action' there is really concentrated during the slack around the tide changes; strong tides are your enemy.

Wednesday is my top pick, the light wind forecast should hold, I would do a 'first light launch' and fish through the weak 9am high, through slack and into a weak outgoing tide until it was time to go.

cheers, roger

I Agree with Tinker and Rogerdodger on a no go day with that tidal swing. The current will be rippen!
