I'm expecting to get kicked out of the house on Sunday for not getting the gfriend a valentines present.   >:D  So I wanna go fishing.  Haven't been up to Seattle in what feels like years.  Sound Blackmouth?  Lake WA cutties?  Secret spot for secret fish?

I'll be missing the SSS (Saturday Secret Spotting).  I'm flying in on Saturday morning then heading directly to the hills for some snow shoeing with the gfriend.  Zee, I'll call you Saturday night for some intel and to pick up your extra bait.

Have you figured out a time and place?

BTW, I hooked and landed 2 BM off the beach at Camano Island State Park, today. Too bad they were only 13". Saw a nice jumper, too.

Bill, I know you only had a window for the morning, but I'm not sure I'll make it out then.  The list of things I need to get done this weekend is long and I didn't check too many off the list today.   >:(

Definitely some salmon in 8-2. Janni and I spent some time on the beach at Camano Island State Park on both Saturday and Sunday. I picked up 5 small fish on the flyrod. Saw 1 very nice sized fish jump just out of range. Here's the best pic-

After Saturday's session, I was afraid the crew might mutiny if I tried launching on Sunday. ::) On Monday we had only a short window.

I'm ready to do it from the boat. I'd like to anchor along a current seam or outside a kelp line, which should be easy with the anchor system I put together. Lots of potential on Camano.
