Anyone been to Yale or Merwin lately with any luck?  Have never fished Riffe but staying at Swift so close. Suggestions welcome.

I went to Merwin last week when Washington had free fishing weekend (so that saved me some $$).

I caught three, lost a couple and missed a couple.
The three I had were all pretty small (10 inches).  A friend of mine caught a big rainbow but no kokes.
Most of the kokanee were holding at a depth of 40 ft.

From talking to others it seemed like most people were getting  into (some) fish.

Hit Yale late morning today. Tons of action but small fish. Ended up keeping eight 10-11 inch fish cuz they are so tasty. Probably hooked/landed 20 dinks. Gods day and little wind. Thinking of Merwin in the am
