Hello I am new to fishing in the PNW i grew up fishing Southern California. I just picked up a Hobie outback today after some friends took me out on my "costco special" and love fishing form a yak. Looking forward to learning how to fish here.

Rogue river dropper setup with a green blade.  FLasher optional.  thread an anchovie, test it to make sure it has good action.  Use a 2.5oz weight +/-  Larry at Lex's will show you how if he's still there, I haven't been since the pandemic but have been thinking of coming up.

Get in line and troll in an anticlockwise direction at 0.9kts along with all the other boats in the bay.  Or, go upstream of the bridge and troll the deeper spots on the south side.

Welcome to the NWKA.  Congrats on getting your Hobie Outback.  Post some pics once you have it setup.
