Madison River and around there...

Well after waiting for well over a year, I get to take a real vacation!     My Dad and I are loading up June30th for 9 days to head to my uncles in Norris MT.  We plan of fishing and camping and just relaxing.  Hopefully a couple days to Yellowstone!!

So what I was wondering is if anyone had any info on this area or another place (willing to drive) 

Oh yes I will be taking 3 yaks so my Dad and Uncle can fish for the first time from a yak!!  Hopping to give my Dad the BUG!!

I've floated the Madison in June or July before, strictly a flyfishing, catch and release river. Depending on the river levels and temps, many of the rivers in that general area are closed completely at certain times of the day.

I don't have enough info about other rivers in the area for general guidance. I'd get in touch with some of the many guides on the rivers you're interested in. They'll have current info. I' guess that lakes would be a more reliable target than rivers.
