Nice!  How deep were you finding them?  I'm going out a couple days this week.

Found one about 2 feet under my kayak on Sunday. Grabbed my herring on the way in with about 5' of line out. Immediately jumped like 6 times and wore himself out.

A friend and I are going to try and hit area 4 and hit some rockfish, try some silver on the way in. See if my shoulder holds up.

If it were me I'd probably do the opposite. The coho tend to be in the shipping lanes and the bottom fish are practically on the beach.
