Anyone out there fish for Shad on the Umpqua? I live in Roseburg and would like to fill in all these ‘no-go’ ocean days with a crack at Shad from my kayak. I’d prefer to find somewhere as close to Roseburg as possible, but certainly willing to travel to find fish :).
