As I am sitting here planning this years fishing adventures it occurs to me that it might be advantageous to purchase an annual parking pass for various locations that I plan to frequent. Wondering which passes you find are worth it and if there are places where you just pay the daily fee?
As of now I have the ODFW pass (came with the license package), State Park pass and Tillamook County parks pass (which has changed to a 12 month pass instead of a calendar year pass). Other passes I am wondering about is the Forest Service day use pass and the Metro parks pass.

Do you consider the convenience of not having to fill out the envelope, have the cash on hand, go to the machine (and is it working) when purchasing an annual pass?

Being that it is the the start of the month I am thinking of purchasing some passes because they will be good for 13 months instead of 12.
And I do like to support the services that are provided at many of the places where I fish and launch my boat.

There's many you could buy -
Hagg lake has a yearly pass you could buy if you enjoy visiting there.

There's the ODFW wildlife permit, which I think you said is already included.

The Forest Service Northwest Pass  which has some value outside of fishing if you like hiking. I wish it gave discounts at forest service campgrounds though.

The Tillamook county one that you had mentioned.

One I like to buy is the "ATV" permit for oregon and washington, it allows you to off road in your vehicle on state forests in oregon and washington. Most don't realize but this is required for a decent chunk of off highway travel. Again, not fishing related perse' but I there's a lot of places to fish that are off the beaten path where this is required. It's pretty cheap if you intend to use it.

There's the Oregon state parks day use (available yearly) pass that saves you the day use fee in many of the parks that require it. Again, disappointing it doesn't come with a discount at the campgrounds.

Those are the ones I can think of off hand. I am sure there's others.

I think the state park pass is a must.  I use mine a fair bit

Whatever county you fish in a lot is probably a good one.  I'm in Lane County which gets me a bunch of nice ramps and a dog park which get used a lot

A have the veterans nation park pass which includes the national forest access.  I stick it on the windshield in some places, but I'm not sure how needed it is.
