Good stuff Zee.  I've got a special rig in mind for Mr. Ling, whom I will be meeting with next week.

Toothy for sure, and it does hurt bad when they clamp on to your thumb and forefinger trying to retreive your jig to release it.,"Don't ask me how i know"

Something tells me that you should slip your fish bonker into its mouth before you put your hands in there!   ;)

Who needs a lip gripper when you have a thumb and finger to donate to the cause?

I tried to lip a halibut because I didn't have a gripper or gaff and hated to not be able to get it in the boat. It latched onto my thumb and I hauled it in, but it left nice Dracula fang marks in my thumb. I call it a "hali-bite".
