Ok guys I was wondering if you guys had get to gethers or meetings. Give a chance for new guys to meet and maybe have kayak show and tells.

You should have been at the Alder Creek event last weekend.  There were at least 8 rigged yaks and a few members to talk to there.

Best bet would be to post about an upcoming time and place you want to fish with an open invitation or respond to someone else's.

Sorry I missed the Alder Creek event I had obligations at the Salty Dog tackle swap meet. Besides I need to log on more often so I can meet some yakers and maybe even paddle a few before I take the plunge.
