Cle Elum Lake 5/17/09

Sorry no pics yet ... I don't have my card reader with me.   But I didn't really takes many except an AOTY picture or 2.   

Met up with kykfshr at 4:30 at a designated spot on this side of the hills and transferred gear to his truck.  Thanks for driving bruddah.  We made our way over to Cle Elum Lake.  I really like this mountain reservoir.  Beautiful snow capped mountains and clear water.  The water was much higher than last year around this time.   I ended up catching one laker, not the giant I was hoping for, but big enough to fill my AOTY trout slot at 21.5".

With my limited time fishing the NW this year, and my desire to place well in the AOTY, I have to be very methodical about my fishing.

Had a great time paddling around Cle Elum lake.  A very scenic place to fish.  Nice job Allen on catching a Laker. Nothing for me but still a fun day.
