I'm going to be fishing the Middle Fork Italio, about 30 miles S of Yakutat 10/3-8 for Silvers. Wondering if anyone has any local knowledge they'd like to share.

Thanks!

Got to the Italio and there were boats and no paddles :(

fished the bank with a fly rod and caught somewhere around 150 coho in 5 days. Got some cool pics I'll post later even though we weren't kayak fishing.

Wasn't too dissapointed about the paddles considering how well we did from the bank.

The ocean was big the whole time anyways so I doubt we would have gone out for bottom fish anyways.

It was a blast!

That sounds like a sweet trip!  Can't wait for the report and pics.

Fellas-

It's going to be a while before I can get a report and pics up on my Alaska trip (I left for a week in the middle of the school semester). For the time being, I have some pics & report on my blog if you are interested.
