OK guys, I haven't done much (serious) fishing since Columbia springers. I was fighting burnout, but as the fall approaches, I'm starting to jones for coastal chinook/coho.

Anyone out there in PDX or close that would like to set up a regular carpool to the coast? Tillamook/Nehalem/Salmon River etc starting in the next couple of weeks. I have Sundays and Mondays off, but could possible change my days off to your schedule.

My 4runner turns 20 in January, and is starting to show it's age. I'm hoping to NOT run it into the ground this fall by driving to the coast every weekend.

Looking for someone to rotate driving duties and split the gas bill!

PM me if interested!

Jason

I might hook up with you for one of the upcoming weekends.  Can't do a "regular thing" though.

I'd be down for having a regular-ish fishing session - Sundays and Mondays are great days for me when I am in town.

Sweet. I've got some prime spots for Sept. in mind and I can't wait. I'll put a post up in the next few weeks when I'm looking to start hitting the coast.

I'll be hitting up the Nehalem pretty often. Maybe I'll post some dates once I get them figured out to see if there's any interest.

My car is working - needs new brakes, but it is pretty limited in size - I can see getting one more yak on top with the right kit, which means one other person for a true carpool.
