BIS is an experimental UofW site for Puget Sound.  It is graphically presented with information on wind, tide, current, temperature, and precip.  If only the graphic and menu fonts would scale up.

I found it while trying to discover the purpose of the UW Applied Physics Lab buoy that appeared one day off Richmond Beach.  Or perhaps, one day I just noticed it.
