I went out to the Nisqually this morning. caught a couple of fish in a about an hour.  The one in the picture was 26" Caught her  on a pink/white dicknight and bobber combo.  Caught another the same way 5 minutes later. (2nd was a dink) I caught em' drifting in the pool just below the bridge and about 20-60" above the rapids.  I tried a few flies w/bobber w/o luck.  I read about the dicknight/bobber combo on salmonuniversity.com.

I'm going out again this evening if anyone wants to meet up?

I was out in mouth this morning. Marked lots of fish on the FF heading for the river, but no takers. I tried BBs and PW darts. Swung by the river for a few minutes after I packed it in. I drifted corkies in front of the school house for about 20 min before the natives dropped a net there. One guy I talked to caught four out of that hole at first light. another guy gave me a gallon Ziplock of roe that I am going to cure this week. I really want one on the fly, but beggars can't be choosers. Give me a call if you still have my #, and I'll try to meet you there for a few.
