Come on guys people who couldn't attend want to see some results from the ORC.

Internet forums are really boring when all the members are out camping ;D

I caught one heck of a Sculpin, and some trout.  I didn't place but had fun.  It was cool to see so many of the yakkers out there at once.  I checked out some new ideas on yak riggings and the different types of rides.  My family enjoyed the coast and the spectacular wave show, so it was a win/win for me anyway.  Just waiting for the next opportunity to go fishin'.  I don't know how the potluck/raffle went because I hooked back up with the family and needed to get my kids swimming at the pool.  BONZAI!!!

Potuck, raffle, went off without a hitch (Thanks Spot for supplying the raffle labor!). It couldn't have happened without Zee's forethought and dedication to the cause! A big kudos also to the other 20 dedicated kayak fisherpersons that made this event so memorable! Big Creek Reservoir won't forget this event soon!

The only rockfish at this event were the bits being fried in Panko and very seasonably flavored! Thanks to all those that contributed to the food extravaganza!

A wonderful family event!

i was like the last one to launch, and had the fun of seeing the looks of amazement on the faces of the locals as they drove by and saw our little flotilla on the lake. and all the cars and trucks parked there at once. i bet the place seldom gets that much pressure on a non stocking weekend!!! >:D
it would be fun to hear from the ladies who stayed onshore and supported us. i bet they got asked all kinds of questions.. and saw even more surprised faces than we did.

CBY, ever figure out what is causing the starting troubles with the Squarestream?

Beside the misadventures of the maiden voyage of the squarestream  and some stranger releiving  me of my brand new camp stove from my campsite it was a great time.

It was a pleasure to meet all the people i've only known from this site .

The Potluck and the raffle were a blast, good grinds, got buzzed and i got to watch brian(cobrakak) clean house on the raffle, well deserved for his generosity. I did manage to win a pair of sweet Hobie sunglasses and a ram mount.

Thanks Zee for all the hard work !!

It was awesome to see many kayaks on the water at the same time, these three guys came walking up to the lake  as i was trolling by and they were tripping on so many kayaks at there lake they probably fishdrink at all the time at.

everytime i trolled by dave in  the opposite direction i could hear him say,"whoa, theres anothe one" as he hooked another trout. I swear it happened twice in one pass by each other, he had 'em figured out!!

One trout for me and i was in 3rd place for at least five minutes...

Glad i went, wish i would have drove my chevy truck.

Richard, not sure whats wrong with with it yet, but i made it home..
See ya on the water..
