Saw the new improved Katch Kooler w/ a new improved price of $37.88. :-\ . It looks a little larger and they put some tubing on the handle but the best part that I saw was it's no longer dark blue. The light grey will be much cooler if you choose to have your bag on the deck or in a tankwell.

The location of the straps changed as well.  Previously they were at the extreme ends of the bag, and didn't support the weight very well.  I like the changes, and looks like it might be worth $40.

I talked to a couple of young locals on the Big Island back in January - they'd just come in at a little local ramp at Punaluu and they had a nice fish bag.  I didn't catch the brand name, but I thought they said it was about $200 worth of bag...  They had a nice 80 pound tuna in there!

Good eye. Yeah when there's a limit of rocfish and lings or a big chinook it does hammock out. Yeah, it's not a horrible price especially when compared to it's competitors like Ab is talking about.
