I just read, Great White Sturgeon Angling, Bill Conner, 1996 Amato Publications.

It is a very small book with limited value, though interesting, and I am glad I picked it up (Powell's).  The life cycle, rigging, and bait sections are worth the price of admission.  Conner is a Columbia and Willamette rivers fisherman so those who fish those rivers may get a bit more useful information.
