I'll be fishing from a T11 next month in the Georgia Tournament Trail (leaving 3/9 returning 3/16) and it's all rigged up for a Humminbird 500 series or PiranhaMax series fishing finder. The yak's owner, though, will be using the FF in his other kayak.

Someone have one I could borrow? Just need the head unit as the rest is already installed.

Hey there Nothing! I have a Hummingbird portable FF you can borrow for a few if you need it. Its the older portable model, but works good. I used it 20-30 times since summer plotting the river bottom on the clack. It defintaly works great for portable reasons. I just finally picked up the cude 350 at the sportman show and gonna try to install this weekend. Let me know! Tight lines brothers!

Thanks for the offer. I'll probably rig up my Cuda on my rodpod lid if it comes down to it.

Make sure to put it in your carry-on bag (wires and all) and duct tape it to your shampoo bottle and shaving cream can.  I love watching MEDU "render-safe" luggage.   ;D

Just kidding!  Good luck down there as well.

I have a Matrix 10 that I'm pretty certain fits the 500 series base. I could mail it up there and you could mail it back when your done. Lets you by-pass airline security too.

Lemme know!

Thanks for the offer! Leaving town on Wednesday AM, so I don't think we'd be able to get it here in time for me to leave.  I've got a few ideas on my rodpod lid (despite discovering the T15 lid doesn't fit on the T11!!) to make my Eagle work out on it OK

I could mail it to Georgia. That's only one state away. Suite yourself, but the offer is still good.

Keep rippin those lips. I'm Sad because I have to leave for Phoenix tomorrow for a week long business trip without any yak fishing for the week. Boo hoo... Sorry to highjack, back to nothings blog
