Just an FYI, I had suggested July 31 as the date.  The NCKA Albion tourney (formerly Elk) is that weekend and I know in the past some of you have made the road trip down there.   I'm going to guess we really don't care ... and it would be great to have similar tournaments on the same weekend and show each other up with the catches.

I think I mentioned this before, but I'll be out of town on vacation the weekend of July 31st.  The weekend before that, July 24th, I'm actually camping at Beverly Beach with my family and some friends.    If we hold the tournament then, I probably won't be able to participate, but Owen and I could easily man the weigh in station.  Or.. I could just miss it again this year.

I realize that the dates of this may not be decided by consensus, but fwiw, I like the end of July. August is not going to be convinient for me, but that's just me.

July 31st won't work for me either. I will be at Horning's Hideout grooving to the SCI!

I'll be celebrating my anniversary and at a family reunion of sorts in the Outer Banks, NC late July/early Aug... I would love to be a part of ORC again this year, but the proposed dates won't work out for me (unless I want a divorce or pissed-off family)  :-\

Well, I did lots of research for last years event, initially planned for Depoe Bay (but blown out) and then my back went out with the surf!  This year I have a new Mirage Adventure which needs braking in so I'll help as best as I can again.  And, I don't know if Next Adventure was a sponsor in past but after having just dropped 3.5K between there and Rack Attack I'd be happy to talk to them and the Rogue.

FYI: Depoe Bay is currently blown out with 2 red flags and seawater giving touristas free baths on the sidewalk at hi tide.

Thanks a ton for the help last year and we're in the process of planning this year's event. I'll PM you about organizing help.
