Is real close to where I reside currently. Are there any place's to launch near there?  I'll be driving home in a few weeks and plan to bring my OB (And associated gear, IE FJ, PFD etc..)and some fishing gear back with me.  (No fishin license yet, though) I'd like to get back on some water (if just to shoot some pictures)but, know not where I might launch.

When I do get my fishing license, what, if any species are available near the above listed?
How about lakes near Mt. Hood?

Thanks
Troy

Right now that stretch of the Columbia (from I5-Bonneville) is only open to bass and walleye.  Chinook Landing isn't far from 185th, but is a pay launch.

I've gone out on Marine Drive, by the airport.  After you cross under I205 (west bound) there's a bit of a turn off and a lil spot for a quick launch site.
