Beautiful day on the water,  and the bite was on.  Took home two lings, one cabby and three greenling.  I did not see any other yaks though, was sure someone else would show up.  Other boats at the ramp were have good days as well.

Probably should have gone north instead of south! Actually Depoe Bay is about the same drive time for me as Sunset Bay. Gotta try to get up there sometime before the tournament.

Darn, wish I'd a known folks were headed here.  Chris and I planned to go out but he called in the AM and had a head cold.  So I stayed in bed too.

Well, with the optimal weather and seas, I assumed I'd be sure to run into Greg, Chris, and probably others at DB on Saturday, so I didn't even bother to  post plans. But while there were a *bunch* of big & small PBs on the water -- the parking lot was completely full -- no other yaks. What a beautimous day! Only spend a couple of hours on the water, picking up 3 lings, 1 keeper, before hauling my sorry butt to the dock. Thinking it wouldn't do any harm I'd needlessly took a Bomine tablet before going out and won't make that mistake again. Man, that little pill sapped all my energy.

If the weather and seas measure up to  the forecast, I'll be over next weekend again, but I'll be sure to post plans this time.
