1) Haystack Rock is not made out of hay.  It's made out of bird shit.
2) Fishing shrimp flies out of a kayak is not that fun. (From now on if I'm Ling    hunting with big jigs I will have one shrimp fly at most)
3) Knife handles make killer lures.
4) Schools of Blacks hitting the surface is tons of fun, but hit em while you can cause it can be short lived.
5) Whale spouts 30 yards behind you when your sole focus is schools of jumper Blacks is almost enough to make you crap your pants.
6) When said whale spouts are followed by a nearly complete breach it's pretty cool to see.
7) Heading to the beach and catching Rockfish is way funner than staying home and catching Springers.
8) Just cause the fish were in a spot one day does not mean they will be there the next.
9) Driving a total of 12 hours to fish a total of eight hours is totally worth it. ;D

Having a whale breach near the yak really makes PC fishing magical! So doe's catching lots of fish.

It's definetely one thing to watch whales from shore, but way way cooler and magestic to have them near ya.  The first one I ever saw was only about 20 yards away from Yaknitup when it came up for air.  I was about 30 yards behind him and it startled a big smile of "awesomeness" out of me.   ;D
