Hagg Lake - Thursday 24th

INSAYN and I are headed out tomorrow morning to hagg lake.  

If you can make it. Come on out.  INSAYN is targeting perch. I'm looking at giving the large mouth bass a try.

I may target LMB in the earlier part of the day and then go find them yellow bellies. 

Sweet! I caught a 13.5 inch Large mouth in the morning.  Then about 5 PM after trying to get them perch to bite.  My legs and arms were starting to feel like they were getting too much sun so I tucked into a cove on the south east side and then bam fish on.  Found the crappies.  I ended up with 7 of them and Sean (my boy) ended up with 6.  I was sweating it. I thought he was going to exceed my rolling count and he was really looking forward to doing so.  Finnally I told him its time to head back in.  You should of seen the look on his face.  It was a you've got to be kidding me dad look.  

Usually I try to pick up some trout while out there for an easy catch.  But didn't even get 1 trout bite this time around.

I want that for my mini-van. Both my wife and I were sad the day we realized we needed one and we both agreed the only way it would be cool was to have a mural on it.  Can you make the wizard look a little like a younger version of me?  Better yet, a hot female wizard that looks like the woman from that movie poster from Heavy Metal.  Then again, you are the artist.  I don't want to stifle your creativity.  Maybe I should just let you do what you think is right.

I found my perch, not much in size or quantity, but perch non the less.  I carefully filet'd as much meat of them as possible to validate their 5 and 6 inch existance.   

I did get 3 of them crappie with DTS and fat blue gill.  That hole was crazy.  First cast for me after DTS found the crappie, and bam, then bam again. 

Oh....and here's a weird one.  I found two turtles out there in the Tanner creek arm.  At first I thought it was the same turtle and it still could be, but I found them 50 yards apart on land in about 30 minutes. 

I was packing up my paddleboard next to your sweet van.  I had the silver pickup.
