Also, try black bean/garlic sauce.

Add fish fillets to a pan with a tablespoon or two of oil.  Cook a couple of minutes on each side.  Finish off with Black Bean/Garlic Sauce.  It's concentrated, so you won't need more than a tablespoon.  Add 1/2 tablespoon of sugar and a splash of water.  Cover to cook fish. Delicious.
