Launched at Sunset today. Was a great day as far as swell but the fishing still sucks way bad, what the hell is going on. I jigged my arm off and didn't catch one stinkin black!!! Did catch like 5 Sculpins to go with the 2 i caught Depoe Bay. Caught 2 fat greenlings that were way fatter then my AOTY 17 incher but they were shorter.

Finally got a Ling close to the time i was gonna head in and it was 21 7/8ths inches, i tossed it.... :-\

It's freaking August and the fishing is still off... ???

Guess i wasn't in the picture taking mood, i never took it out of my pocket...
See ya on the water..

I hear ya.  After that first great hour or two on Saturday, it really did shut down.  As I was passing the docks on the way back in to the ramp, I heard a charter captain lecturing his customers.  He told them to put away the big stuff 4 OZ and up.  That for whatever reason, only small jigs and plastics were producing strikes.  For whatever that is worth.
