Almost as bad as Salmon fishing...

I got some bad juju going, but i know exactly what i need to do... ;)

I did manage a 8 inch black and an even more enormous greenling. Fished for two  and a half hours is all, but still should have had a bunch more. Something wacky is going on this year down here!

Yup, you need to wear those awesome shorts on the outside of your drysuit!

Was thinking of Sunset Sat day trip but this looks about the same as last weekend -

COASTAL WATERS FROM FLORENCE OREGON TO POINT ST. GEORGE CALIFORNIA
SAT - N WIND 10 TO 20 KT. WIND WAVES 3 TO 4 FT. SWELL NW 4 TO 5 FT AT 10 SECONDS.

Looks a lot like last weekend. Fishing was slow & had to work my @$$ off, but being on the salt was worth it. Got 9 keeper dungies & 10 keeper fish in 2 days (5 blacks, 5 greenling).

All my gear is in CB or I'd be heading for DB tomorrow to join the fun.

COASTAL WATERS FROM CAPE SHOALWATER WASHINGTON TO FLORENCE OREGON
SAT - W WIND 10 KT...BACKING TO SW IN THE AFTERNOON. WIND WAVES 1 FOOT. W SWELL 5 FT AT 10 SECONDS.
