For those of you who are still on the fence we have changed the tournament rules, opening up the Columbia River to fishing in addition to the Willamette.   The Columbia River is open to retention so hopefully we will have some fish to measure at the tournament headquarters.   As Columbia sturgeon can be retained they can also count towards the 2011 AOTY.   Washington fisherman are can launch from the Washington side so they will no longer need an Oregon fishing license.   Also, the registration fee goes up $10 on January 8th so make sure you register soon.
