Tengu derby ends

Results of the tenth day of the 66th Tengu Blackmouth Derby on Dec 26

27 members fished, 0 blackmouth

No legal blackmouth were caught by 27 Tengu members as the final Derby day ended on Sunday. Very little shaker action and not much bait off Harbor Island and Fourmile Rock even though a large amount of bait was reported off the East Waterway.

A good time, great food and an outstanding raffle are in store for those attending the 66th Tengu Awards Banquet on Saturday, January 22nd, 2011, 6:00 p.m. at Sun Ya Restaurant, 625 7th Avenue S. Bummer. I don't remember much of any fish being caught for this tournament.

I used to live on Beach drive, and fished a lot around the old Salty's drift, as well as Lockheed drift, and Duwamish head.  there were a lot more salmon around back in the late 1980's.
